TESTING CENTER

In 2019, Shengbong established an industry-leading product testing center, covering a number of testing items from raw materials and semi-finished products to finished products, and introduced automated testing equipment and strict inspection processes to ensure product consistency and high quality.

MANUFACTURING CENTER

Shengbong Intelligent Manufacturing Center strictly implements 6S on-site management, is equipped with industry-leading production equipment and multiple automated assembly/inspection lines, and establishes a whole-process quality control system from incoming materials to shipment.

The company has an independent mold R&D and manufacturing department with rapid proofing and flexible manufacturing capabilities; with an annual production capacity of more than 50 million units, and has passed ISO quality and environmental protection system certification, and continues to provide customers with stable and reliable product delivery guarantees.
